Basque food is a food which derives from Basque country.
Where is it? In Europe, at the western end of the Pyrenees on the Bay of Biscay in Spain nowadays.
What's Basque food? As I know lamb, fish, meat (grilled), olive oil are the main ingredients.

Except the scheduled lunch menu there was a small A LA CART menu in Basque Etchea restaurant.
To be honest Ursula was interested in a salad bar (small one for $2.50 and large one for $3.95). But when she checked their small offer she decided not to eat any salad there.
Favorite Dish: Wear good glasses and enlarge my picture to see what they served a la cart in Basque Etchea.
What about Texas Toast for only $0.50? What's that? He?
Remember to add a tax and a tip to the prices.

You probably know what the English word "appetizer" or "appetiser" means: a small amount of food eaten before a meal. I noticed that in the USA appetizer is also a first part of a meal - am I wrong?
Favorite Dish: Wear good glasses and enlarge my picture to see what appetizers they served in Basque Etchea.
What about calamari for $4.95? He?

Driving around Tacna (it takes not more than 3-5 min.) I found the only restaurant in town called Basque Etchea - difficult name :-).
They serve limited Basque food. What's that? Follow the link below, please!
Hours:
11am-10pm Tue-Sat,
12 Noon-10pm Sun
Quick and very nice service.
There is Lus Patio Cafe at 39760 East Highway 80 in Tecna as well but it's more cafe than restaurant. Add Food Market at Chevron gas station.
Favorite Dish: Coffee with milk - delicious. I have not very high expectations on food served in restaurant but I like good coffee or better to say I don't like the bad one.
