  • El Corral: Old Western Style Beef

by JenNJohn Updated Apr 4, 2011

Heaven for carnivores. If you crave meat then this is the place for you. A home-town kind of restaurant that has been around since 1926, El Corral still packs them in every night of the week. It serves good meat at good prices and has a quaint Old West setting that make it a great place for families or anyone else on a budget.

El Corral is sorta hidden in the foothills and is easily overlooked if you don't know it's there. For this reason its usually alot of local people just relaxing and enjoying the evening. Parking can often fill up quick so if there are multiple people in your party try to carpool.

This isn't neccessarily a fancy place, and maybe because of this you can feel right at home the minute you sit down. The food is like your mom might have made it if she wanted to put all that effort in.

Favorite Dish: The food is like your mom might have made it if she wanted to put all that effort in. Homemade mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, and a good cut of meat cooked any way you like it.

One of the best meat places in town and definately one of the most affordable.
