All of the entrees at Dino's are prepared upon order ( unlike chain restaurants ) and while the menu is not terribly adventurous, each choice is exactly what it should be.
There are a few French dishes available which are my favorites.
The appetizers are quite good and the wine selection is the best in the area.
The dining rooms are quiet, softly lit and filled with art.
Favorite Dish: I cannot choose between my two favorites and so they are:
Steak Diane, flambe with cognac, mushrooms and Bordelaise sauce
Chicken Ala Pesto with fresh basil sauce, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil
Both are beautifully done and the choice is dependant on my mood and maybe the time of year.

First off, there are very few decent restaurants in this town. That being said, the Back Forty is the best place in town for a burger & a beer. Everybody from bikers to families come here for dinner - it's very casual. The folks are nice, and there's a separate pool table area as well. They just built a small stage out back for live summer music in the evenings, which should be nice.
Favorite Dish: Hamburgers, and their taco salad is pretty good too.
