The mill is a wonderful remant of 20th Century Arkansas. Watch the grain being ground. Enjoy home cooked meals made with very fresh ingredients. You'll love the drive, which will take you out and away from town, traffic and modern life. Watch it on weekends, as the crowds can be large at the mill.

When coming to this restaurant have reservations. They are only open for 3 hours. From 5-8 pm. When entering this restaurant your family is seated at large tables. As soon as the last person is seated they start to bring out food. There are no menus in this restaurant. First comes the bean soup. With this being a family style restaurant, all items are brought to the table in large serving dishes. Items brought to the table include, endless, bean soup fried chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, greenbeans, corn, and bread. As long as someone is there to eat they will keep bringing the food.

The best part is they do not cost that much. I believe it was only $8.25 for adults.
I will have to get the name of the restaurant, because I can only remember how good the food is.

Looking for a place to spend a day or a weekend? Eureka Springs is loaded with B&B's and hotels. The town was nearly frozen in time as a Victorian spa. Today, you'll spend hours walking the shops, inspecting the architecture and enjoying the unique stores that the town offers.

For Details that I failed to photograph, see
Deecats VT page, or Mrclay2000' VT page. Both are very good. Dee has numerous Christian sites included. Mike's emphasis is on the historic buildings.
