Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim

Of the 5 concessions we went to on our recent trip to Knott's Berry Farm, we spent an average of 20 minutes waiting. The park is extremely understaffed and the cashiers are forced to retrieve all the food while everyone waits, thus leaving long lines. A burger joint we went to near the West Entrance had a single line with 5 other windows closed. We waited almost half an hour for our burger orders. At a concession in the Wild West area, my niece and I watched for 10 minutes as an employee took various sharp objects, from a pencil to a butter and tried to open a bag of "cheese product". This park has gone downhill as far as service over the past few years. I won;t be going back.

This next theme park has been touted as America's oldest - yes, it's none other than KNOTT'S BERRY FARM.
