Sunsets, Big Sur

Favorite thing: There are so many places to view the sunset on highway one...dont be psycho about getting to a certain place...as you drive you can watch it set slowly and if need be, pull off at the las t possible minute to view this awesome spectacle. And dont all crowd into one turnout...there are plenty ahead...no matter which way you are going...dont be a sheep...find your own special place...i am always amazed how many cars all pull into the same little spot!! Best places overall???Point Lobos state reserve...Nepenthe restaurant....Post Ranch and again any one of the 1000's of pull off places on this magical roadway!!

Fondest memory: The Best thing about Big Sur??? Sensory overload...sights ...sounds ...smells...the feel
its....... heaven on earth. There is a magic here that is hard to put into words.

Favorite thing: Nine planets round the sun.
Only one does the sun embrace.
Upon this watered one.
So much to we take for granted.

Favorite thing: If green should slip to gray.
Would our hearts still bloody beat.
If the mountains crumble away.
And the river dry.
Would it stop the stepping feet

Favorite thing: Take all that we can get.
When it's done.
Nobody left to bury.
Nobody left to dig the holes.
And here we will rest safely.
