Helpfulness
Like most of southern California, BP has a very multi-ethnic look and feel. Notably, Asian culture is very present-especially Korean, but also Chinese, Vietnamese and others. Going down Beach Blvd or Artesia Blvd in the vicinity a traveller comes across many a Korean barbeque and different Asian-owned businesses. Buena Park is a significant shipping locale for Asian foods and goods to be distributed all over the state and country.

At the Knott's Berry Farm information office there is a wonderful staff that is more than willing to help you with information about the park and some of the sights in the local area. Their office is located next to the ticket offices on Beach Blvd.
Here you can find maps of the park, schedules of the shows throughout the day as well as a lost and found.
If you have any special needs or requests you can ask and the staff here will be happy to try to help you out.
