We wanted to go back to this restaurant to celebrate our 9th anniversary and what an event it turned out to be. Sitting by the window, we had beautiful views of the waves crashing on the shore as well as the awesome California sunset (looking through the ceiling to floor windows). Service is top notch and the food is so good, definitely a place to go when you are in the San Diego area.
Favorite Dish: For starters, we ordered the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake (drizzled with a tangy mustard sauce). For dinner, LJ ordered the Lobster Tail 7 oz. (cold water lobster, served with fried rice, grilled asparagus & roasted tomato) while I had the Macadamia Crusted White Sea Bass (warm peanut sauce with a hint of Frangelico, mango relish, soy glaze drizzle & served with Asian green beans). To finish off the meal, we shared the Hot Chocolate Lava Cake (a rich chocolate cake with molten center, made with Godiva liqueur & served warm, topped with chocolate sauce, Heath bar crunch & vanilla ice cream).
On our second visit, we ordered the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms (baked in a white wine sauce) for our appetizer. For dinner, LJ ordered the Macadamia Crusted Mahi (warm peanut sauce with a hint of Frangelico, mango relish, soy glaze drizzle & served with Asian green beans) while I had the Spiced Yellowfin Ahi (seared to perfection with a ginger soy sauce, wasabi cream & wasabi mashed potatoes)

Favorite Dish: We met here for our quarterly "Men's Only" day out...fun times, laughter and good eats. For lunch I had the Panino Granchio (pan fried crab burger served with onion, tomato, lettuce and tartar sauce) with Fresca Verde (mixed greens, tomatoes, radishes and cucumber tossed homemade Italian dressing).
