Chula Vista Wal-Mart, Chula Vista

I visited first in my life Wal-Mart just in Chula Vista. As a discount store it offers not the best quality items of course but... do you need luxury items when you travel especially on low budget? And the quality of items offered is not so bad, maybe just choice is limited to cheaper things only.

No food in this Wal Mart but McDonald's :-(. Photo Center (and 1-hour photo center), pharmacy.

I didn't know what is Wal-Mart, I never heard this word till I started to look for info on the USA on VT.
So, what's that?
It's the USA biggest (am I right?) discount supermarket chain. They sell everything there but no luxury or just more expensive (better quality) goods. In more and more Wal-Mart supermarkets (but NOT all) they sell food as well - look for sign: FOOD or FOOD MARKET.

Don't be surprised when you hear "I am going to Wal-Mart" instead of "I am going to do shopping" throughout the USA especially in low and medium class families - am I wrong?

You will also hear people say that they are going to Wally World when they are going to Wal-Mart (a rip off from the Chevy Chase movie Vacation) and you will sometimes hear people who go to wal-mart at odd hours of the night (like 3 in the morning) as WalMartians. Thought you might like that one. :-)

Photo Dept - great prices on printing
Vision Center - Eye exams at a great prices, offering discount contact lenses and glasses
Supplies - Camping, kitchen, and beauty supplies, all at the cheapest prices in town

What to buy: Everything is here - even flu shots !

What to pay: Budget shopping
