I'd heard a lot about this place so I decided to try it. We went on a Saturday night, April 2006. Place was packed. Good OC scene in there... very OC.

Wine list was weak. Food was worse. We tried 5 different appetizers... all of them sucked. Especially the Ahi...

Steaks came and we had a bone in filet... portion size was huge, but it was average at best... and they charged $45 for it. A bit steep for this restaurant.

I'd say, pass on eating here... just go to Mastro's or bungalow for dinner and then stop by to check out the nightlife if anything.

Fresh seafood, great seafood bisque, salad, garlic bread, the famous "baseball steak," swordfish, pasta, great California wines, full bar, outstanding service, warm and cozy ambience, small but maximizes space and great people watching, especially Thursday nights - pick-up spot for "the beautiful people."
The Quiet Woman logo is a woman with no head.

Favorite Dish: Alaskan King crab legs - expensive but the best.
I am not much of a meat eater, but friends that are LOVE the "baseball steak." I also recommend the swordfish.

You can get there by driving a car. It's fatser than taking a bus and you can find parking along the side streets. During the summer though, finding street parking might be difficult.

The tree-lines streets are narrow especially when people park on both sides of the street. So drive slowly so you'll have time to avoid oncoming traffic.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: You can usually wear casual or beach clothes for most parties but for some events business attire is the norm, even for social gatherings.
