Frank Bonelli Park has a myriad of things to do. There's an abundance of hiking and bike trails to choose from, or you can make your own! Nothing special. Just your ordinary, typical diner/coffeeshop where you can have a decent breakfast at a reasonable price. The ambience takes you back to the era of the 1960's or 1970's.
The town of Covina is not too special. To have an upscale restaurant doesn't work well in this town. I wouldn't say Off Citrus is upscale but tries to be. I've ate here often and though the food is always satisfactory, the service is slow and not too professional. I rarely see the same wait staff when I come back to eat here. Anyway, the reason I enjoy eating here is that it's never too busy, I like the outdoor dining and the menu has a decent selection of items.
