Cypress Travel Guide

This is a great Thai restaurant recommended to me by a friend.
This restaurant has a great atmosphere. It's not a huge restaurant (in size), so it has a more relaxed atmosphere. But it does get very busy, specially on the weekends.
The first thing you see as you walk in is the giant fish tank filled with tropical fish.
On the weekends they have a musician playing live jazz and romantic music.

And of course, the food is excellent.
They have a great variety of traditional rice and noodle dishes, as well as curry and seafood dishes.
Their appetizers and main dishes are moderately priced and largely portioned. My wife and I can never finish the appetizers or the main dishes we order, so we doggie bag it.
Their Thai iced tea is also very good.

Favorite Dish: Appetizers: Fried shrimp cakes
Main Course: Coconut Milk Curry with beef and a side of white rice (you can get this with chicken or shrimp as well)

Fried rice with shredded crab meat (real not imitation)

Beware of street merchants hawking used computers. They often do a bait-and-switch and give you a computer that doesn't work. If the deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
