Contrary to Devil's Golf Course where you can't really golf, Death Valley has a real golf course located at the Furnace Creek Ranch. When it's not too hot, a few rounds of golf in Death Valley can be quite an experience. The unusually green landscape and the number of palm trees suggest foreign plantation built and maintained for the rich.
Furnace Creek Golf Course is the world's lowest at an elevation of 214 ft. below sea level. The greenest spot in the low elevations of Death Valley with stunning views of the Panamint Mountain range as a backdrop.
Tee times are from sun-up to sundown. Sundowner rates begin at 1:00 p.m.
Golf packages are available for both the Inn and and Ranch. Rates range from $70-$185 per person per day depending upon season and lodging.
Oct 10 - May 8 $55.00
May 9 - Sept 5 $30.00
Equipment: Power Cart, Pull Cart and Club Rentals are available for 9 or 18 holes.
