This is a wonderful place to shop. Not only do they have a wide selection of frames for your photos and paintings, but they also have a great area filled with unique gifts.
What to buy: If you have taken that special photo of the ocean or family on vacation, you can have it framed right there. There is a wide variety of shopping, books, candles and other items that are very nice quality.
What to pay: Prices vary, but it is an affordable shop.

Lots of beads to make a jewelry at this store. This is a large tabel with various types of beads. Another section has lots to choose from and the equipment needed to create your earings or other projects.

vERY COOL ON THE MAIN STREET CORNER BY THE TRIANGLE TATTOO MUSEUM AND ART GALLERIES.
What to buy: Gypsy Skirts, tops, sweaters, great jewelery, lamps, beads, cards, books, incense you will wander for hours.
What to pay: anywhere from $2.00- $60
Good buys of unusal things.

Bruce Heil left his house with a boxful of books, intending to sell them to the used bookstore in town. What he ended up doing instead was buying the bookstore.
He and his wife, Daria, now run Bragg About Books, a comfortable store with hardwood floors and rows of free-standing shelves. They sell antiquarian, rare, and quality used books as well as antiques -- some of the furniture is for sale -- and always have good music playing in the background.
It's worth blocking off some time on your trip to browse through the shop and buy a stack of reading material for the road. Bruce and Daria are kind, friendly people who are great fun to chat with. While you're there, tell them that Laverne says "hi."
