Yosemite National Park and campground
It was awesome! I saw a bear and racoons and lot of squirrels! I was so happy to see these people treat a girl from the islands with the utmost kindness. It was nice to see all the scenary and feel the cool mountain air!

I was born in Ventura, and I have a lot of family in the Clovis/Fresno area, so my fondest memories are visiting them.

Cherry Avenue Auction. It's been a while since I've gone so I can't remember what days it's held on (I believe Tuesdays and Saturdays) but if you like bartering, fresh produce and good food(for the most part Mexican and Asian) this is about as good as you can get in town, maybe even in the state. I grew up in this area. It is one of the fastest growing regions in the country, and the richest agricultural area in the world. You should try and get to Yoesmite from here. While in town, tour a big farm (Sun Maid Rasins is my favorite), and go check out the 'scene' in the Tower District.

One of our most memorable trips with AJ. Stayed at Marriott just ouside Yosemity, Marapsa with the great redwoods was a dream come true.
