Hollywood Walk of Fame by orlikins
I still think it is weird that Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen have got their own star and they're still teenagers! However, we don't have the same hyped Olsen phenomenon in Europe compared to the States.
As an aside, this picture I took of Mr. John's star was used on Nowpublic.com - check it out! I was surprised and pleased to be asked for permission, but of course, who am I to refuse to share my work with the masses? :-D

The Walk of Fame is where all the big stars have their names printed in those little stars along the Hollywood Blvd sidewalks. Most of those names were unknown to me, but that's the funny part... you need to check them all to find the ones you like!
On your way around... you also must stop by the Chinese Theater to see the hands and feet printings of some other famous actors.
If you're doing this during the day, get into the Kodak Theater (where the Oscar Awards ceremony has been held lately)... go to the third or fourth floor and check out the hill with the Hollywood sign. The whole theater building is a mall, so you won't have problems getting in.
And that'd be the end of the 'cheezy-land' !!! Directions: If you're going there by Metro... you need to get off in the Hollywood / Highland station.Website: www.seeing-stars.com

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is simply stars names in the sidewalk. This walk of fame isn't only on Hollywood Boulevard, it continues on other streets as well. This was a little disappointing to me, as the surrounding area wasn't as nice as you would expect when you think of the "glitz and glam" of Hollywood. There were actually alot of stars names that I wouldn't think belonged, some near B-rated celebrities. So, if you're in Hollywood, check it out, but don't let it be the highlight of your trip!
