I haven't highlighted one shop...there are many types of shops but they predominately revolve around the holiday season / surfing requirements of the local economy...

What to buy: a wide range of Billabong, O'Neill, etc clothes, various sunglasses and other items

What to pay: cheaper than the UK whatever you pay...

This is so Californian, but no doubt, it is a cute shop!
"Pet Supply at Seacliff Village offers everything for your pets with complete lines of popular pet food products and supplies for dogs, cats, birds and fish. Pet Supply features bins filled with treats, toys, leashes, collars and even scented doggy diapers.*

Well...who need scented doggy diapers? Interesting. But they have all kind of good stuff plus cute cards too. A must for a dog owners who love to spoil their buddies...

I used to visit this place every month after a trip to the monthly Orange County Record Show in Buena Park.

It's been a couple of years since my last visit, and I don't know what the selection's like since ebay has changed everything, but last time I checked, it was a great place to look for rare records, especially if you're looking for anything indie or punk.

What to pay: As much as your wallet or plastic can take. ;-)

I guess if I begin to miss German products, I can go there for a bit home feeling. You can also order the products online from the website listed below.

What to buy: It's supposed to be European products, but I saw especially many German ones such as breads, candies, coffies, chocolate candies, etc The also sell a few German language magazines.

What to pay: Since many of the products are imported, prices tend to be higher.
