This paved trail is very nice, but when needing some cahllenge hit the beach. Running in the sand is very challenging and definitely good work-out..

So this place basically 'lives' from surfing. Surfers from all around gather here around the year and a regular visitor might get the spark for that board life right here at HB.
There are many courses and rental shops, all you need to do is ask for an instructor and there you go. Catch the next wave babe!
Most surfing instructors and camps offer various levels of longboard and shortboard instruction for beginning and experienced surfers alike. Lessons and equipments are available from these local firms:
