I can't think of one place in Julian where there would be any sort of nightlife other than at a camp, if you happen to be camping up there.Cuyamaca Restaurant and Market might be a great place to go after an long, hot day fishing, but it closes really early.

Bailey BBQ stays open a bit long during the week and until Midnight on weekends. So this might work for you.

So, you see there isn't much in the way of nightlife in Julian, but you can go to the local Casino.
Santa Ysabel Casino would be an ideal place to spend the evening. It's open 7 days a week 6:30 am to 2:00 am, except Friday and Saturday it's open 24 hours.
This is a lesser known Casino in San Diego County but a great option for anyone looking for something to do at night or even during the day time while visiting Julian. It's relatively new, has had it's struggles too, but it is worth going to. Check out their website and see what is waiting there for you.

The Pine Hills Lodge and Dinner Theatre
Nearly 100 years old, the Pine Hills Lodge is a historic treasure of huge pine beams and massive stone fireplaces. The intimate community playhouse seats about one hundred and features light comedy and musical productions every Friday and Saturday night, using both local and imported talent. Theatrical quality is generally quite good, the hickory-smoked BBQ baby-back pork ribs are EXCELLENT! The adjoining Lodge features private cabins, a full-service restaurant and a romantic cocktail lounge.
