Georges At The Cove is situated above the cliffs of La Jolla, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Downstairs is an elegant dining room. One would dress elegantly to dine here. The food is excellent and the service is efficient. The best wines are offered and any celebration would be a success! It's a bit pricey here, but well worth it.
AND----for those not dressed as well, or not in the mood for the finest dining around, can go upstairs to the bar, sit out on the deck and have a wonderful meal while watching the movements of the ocean! The prices are moderate and the food is good.
On the Terrace I like to order the Roasted Pork Loin Sandwich and Georges Famous Soup. Downstairs in the formal dining room start with Oysters On The Half Shell and then Pan Roasted Free Range Chicken Breast.
If it's a special occasion the Maine Lobster Lobster is wonderful and Champagne is $25.00 - $300.00 a bottle! Leave a Comment
