Of the 36 parks in the city El Dorado is the largest and the closest to my home. The park holds an archery range and even a frisbee-golf course..which is packed with the oddest people.
Jogging here with Ethan we stopped to feed the ducks.
I was spoiled because my brother Jim Chee lives right there by the beach, a 100 yds from his back door. Always he has BBQ's and loves to met the people that walk on by.
Fondest memory: Just relax and smell the ocean breeze :o)
Oh yes, these are my cousins that never went back to the Reservation, I call them city folks.
Just to be at the beach itself is a site to be whole. In this area it has ships and boats in the bay, islands in the distance, marine aquarium with fish life all around.
Fondest memory: Just the relax atmosphere of the area, smell of the salt water, sand between your toes, sound of the waves at high tide, mmmmm...it was the life, then I woke up and had to pack and head back to Page America.
That people don't bother you when you laying out in the sun. It's a nice quiet place, clean with no bums around to nag you. You can wade in the shallow water for miles from the left to the right, what's you pleasure?
Fondest memory: That people keep it clean, and even when we were out playing they had a "Long Beach attacks trash". Just nice and peace in general.
