There is a really nice park and stretch of beach along Ocean Blvd. Bluff park is a stretch of grass with benches and telescopes right next to the strand. There are people jogging and biking through the bike path all the time. You can watch the cruise ships come in. There are man made islands off shore that have an Action/Fantasy feel to them (but i've been told they just burn stuff there). If you like to fly kites or model airplanes, this is a great place. The bluff and the inland winds create high pressure zones making the park a popular site for those type of enthusiasts. My sister and brother-in-law take walks and jog here. But there is a good concetration of good looking female joggers here, so I wouldn't bring a date(just kidding). Parking can be difficult in that area. Ready freddy? by Grazina Along the beach all kinds of activity goes on, and one of the big thing is roller blading, it keeps you fit and takes you all around the beach area and even off the beat path (into the city) with these roller blades on your feet.
Protection is very important, helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and of course the roller blades themselves. Leave a Comment Theme: Beach Activities
