    Staples center

    Almost at work

Maybe catch a game at the Staples Center, if you can get a ticket. The Lakers, Clippers, Kings, Sparks, and Avengers play here.

There is an overpriced Fox Sports restaurant here, if you would like to get a bite to eat before the game and start feeling the emotion.

For NBA games, there are usually scalpers selling tickets on the sidewalk leading up to the game. Depending on the demand for the game, you may be able to strike a pretty good deal for the tickets. I have had luck scalping Clippers tickets for under face value, and have purchase Kings tickets at the box office...the nose bleed seats.

See an LA Avengers Football Game.
It does not matter what Jim Rome says. Arena Football is fast and exciting. Carren bought me season tickets as a Christmas present 3 years ago and we have attended evry home game but one in this period.

When the Rams were still here I had season tickets that cost me $35.00 per seat, per game and I was way up top with a bad view. Our seats here are $25.00 per seat per game and check out this picture to see how close we are now.

Do I need a more thorough Tip here? everyboy knows Staples Center is the Home of 2 of the NBA's Clubs, the LA Lakers and LA Clippers. Everybody knows that this is the replacement arena of the Great Western Forum at Ingleside. The arena is host to 250 events and nearly 4,000,000 visitors a year and seats up to 20,000 for concerts, 18,997 for basketball, and 18,118 for hockey and arena football.[3] Two-thirds of the arena's seating, including 2,500 club seats, are in the lower bowl. There are also 160 luxury suites, including 15 event suites, on three levels between the lower and upper bowls so if you happen to see Lakers Owner Jerry Buss, don't be surprised!

What to do In Los Angeles? well Los Angeles is also a Convention Town obviously. Besides having the Spanking New La Convention Center located beneath the Staples Center, Los Angeles has many thing to Offer to the Convention Delegate like Disney, Hollywood, beverly Hills, malibu, Universal Studios, etc. The LACC is one of the largest convention centers in the United States with over 720,000 sq ft of exhibition space, 147,000 sq ft of meeting space, and a 299 seat theater. It is also located in the Downtown LA Area.

Watch a Basketball Game at Staple Center

by GracesTrips Written Jan 19, 2014

Both the Lakers and Clippers call Staple Center their home court at the moment. Watching a basketball game is quite exciting. If you get the opportunity to at least do it once, you should! It's loud so be prepared for the noise. The difference of watching it in person and from the television is that on tv you don't see the Laker girls perform in between the breaks, time outs and half time. Parking is tough and expensive. Bring your patience.

    Watch an NBA game

by heryanta Updated Jul 14, 2007

Staples center, home of the LA Lakers, LA Clippers and LA Kings. It's probably one of the most modern stadiums in the United States. It's a really good stadium in terms of service (toilets, food outlets, drink outlets, sky boxes, layout of entrance/exits, etc.) but do understand that most people go to a Lakers game to be entertained, not to support the team like what people do at European football matches.

It isn't cheap either. I took the picture from where I sat at the section in the stadium, where I paid $50 for a regular season game against a non-playoff material opposition.
For tickets go to www.nba.com or alternatively go check www.goldstarevents.com as they have weekly deals - sometimes at 40%-50% discounted price.

I recommend that you do it once though, for it is really a good stadium and to see what it's all about.

Besides the LA Convention Center Just Beside It, the Staples Center is the main Attraction in Downtown LA.

Kobe Bryant woud be mad at you if you don't know this place! home of the LA Lakers and LA Clippers. You could also buy souvenirs at the souvenir shops inside the area
