This was quite fun, the walk of fame is quite boring but the handprints and quotes of stars gone by. Some I have never heard of but still I,m a movie lover so I liked it

Unique Suggestions: Acknowledge how freaakin small the chinese theater is really loud.

Fun Alternatives: Go on a tour instead if you are a true movie buff

    Hollywood - A glimpse of a celebraty!

Jeroen at the star of Mickey Mouse.

A must see is the Chinese Theatre. Not because of it's fake Chinese architecture, but because of the hand- and footprints of celebraties in the cement floor. Over 2 million tourists visit The Chinese Theatre in the hope to see a glimpse of a celebraty.

Something you won't miss in Hollywood is The Walk Of Fame. These are 2700 bronze stars in the pavement of Hollywood. About 2000 celebraties have their name written in the bronze star. It's nice to stray over the stars in order to find the famous person you are looking for. But don't stray off to much, because it might get naughty... All except one major filmstudio, all the studios have left Hollywood. They're working hard to clean up the neighbourhood and are building some prestigious projects and want the Oscar awards back in Hollywood.

Hollywood - Chinese Theatre, a must see?

Relinde and the hands of Rechard Gere.

Los Angeles without Hollywood is unimaginable and therefore Hollywood is definitely worth a visit. It's for over 80 years the centre of movies, stars, gossip, scandals, decadent excesses, etc. Hollywood as we know it, started around 1910 when a group of film producers came from the east to the west of the U.S.A. full with ambition, looking for the money.

A must see is the Chinese Theatre. Not because of it's fake Chinese architecture, but because of the hand- and footprints of celebraties in the cement floor. Over 2 million tourists visit The Chinese Theatre in the hope to see a glimpse of a celebraty.

No tourist will leave Hollywood Blvd. without following the crowd to the entrance of the theater.

Unique Suggestions: Be like everyone else and put your hands in the stars' hand prints in the concrete.

Fun Alternatives: Check out the people walking around HB dressed as old time movie stars. We met one lady dressed as Marilyn Monroe. For tips only, they will pose for photos with you.

Chinese Mann Theatre. This was a waste of time...... Pass by if you have time, but it's not worth going out of your way for.

    Mann's Chinese Theater.
What a waste of time (unless you're really a huge movie star fan).
There are better things to do in Hollywood.
