Favorite thing: Being able to get out and exercise, regardless of the time of year! Everyday, there are lots and lots of people on the Strand walking their dogs, pushing strollers, running, rollerblading, biking, skateboarding, or leisurely strolling along. What a great community!!!

Fondest memory: There's really nothing quite like walking outside onto my balcony and seeing the ocean right there in front of me. After a long day of work, being able to sit back and relax is the best thing in the world! Who needs to go on vacation when you live in an ideal vacation destination?!?!? :) (photo: Sea View Inn website)

Favorite thing: The beach here is always clean and the air is for the most part see-through (unlike LA).

There are some fun little pubs along the beach to stop into while you walk along the sea path. Many of the local clubs offer live music durring the summer months.

Fondest memory: I love the pier here. It has a very good view of the southbay area and there is good parking near the pier.

Favorite thing: Take time to sit back and enjoy the sun set over the waters, as you sip a glass of chardonnay. Trust me...it doesn't get any better than this.... :)
