Yuba county (Marysville) has about 60,000 residents and Sutter County (Yuba City) has about 75,000 residents. Why is it that these two counties have a total of only one (1) bookstore that is smaller than my apartment?
What to buy: This cubby is well stocked for it's size. They have many overstock (remainder) books and the titles are always changing.
What to pay: Depends... the remainder books go for about 25% of the original price. Most trade paperbacks, in case you weren't aware, go for about $15-$20.
Typical geeks hanging out in a comic book store, playing video games on the free-to-use system. They have a decent assortment of comics, RPG system books, games, toys, diecast, and other hobbies. Nice size, considering that it's the SAME SIZE as the ONLY bookstore (B. Dalton's) in a 30 mile radius.
Ahem... they also have a workshop in the back for local nerds to use to play their games.
What to buy: You know, the typical stuff.
What to pay: How big is your wallet? How big is your appetite for these hobbies?
