Take a look at the all the moss on the beach like Michelle and Goldilocks are doing. OK, I didn't see any moss, but the beach is nice.

Relatively generic food. Pasta, hamburgers, Seafood. BUT people come for the VIEW of the pacific from the clifts. Plus the history of this famous "speakeasy" with it's ghostly past.
Favorite Dish: Seafood pasta....Delicious..

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: The official fabric of Moss Beach is polyester fleece.
So, to ft in wear a fleece sweatshirt with a hood, fleece pants, and fleece gloves.
To really look like a local wear tall rubber boots.
Bring a change of clothes for the kids. They may fall in the tidepools and get wet.
Photo Equipment: If you take your camera to the Marine Reserve, remember salt water, wet fog, and electronics don't mix well.
A tripod will help for photographing sea anemones, etc.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bundle up and take a lawn chair up to the top of the bluff and watch the seals.
Don't forget your binoculars!
Miscellaneous: Bring a bird ID book, binoculars.
