This harbor encompasses a 100 acre small craft marina with 900 permanent and 50 visitor slips. There is a lot of wonderful shops, fine restaurants, quaint cafes, picnic tables, and a beautiful lighthouse that houses a neat gift shop. There is ample parking. The harbor has many services such as deep-sea sports fishing trips, whale watching tours (seasonal), sailing lessons and some many other water oriented activities. Just a great day to spend relaxing, shopping, or boating.

This lighthouse on my picture is located by the southern edge of the Oceanside Marina just by Rockin' Baja Lobster restaurant when we had wonderful VT meeting.
This non-operational lighthouse is a prominent landmark at Oceanside Harbor, an entertainment complex that also includes restaurants, gift shops and fishing excursions and boat tours.
Helpfulness
There is a mini mall near the lighthouse that has just about anything you could want for your day trip out on the boat. There are a few gift shops within the mall for getting your friends and family gifts.
