Ojai has lots of bars and late night coffee places. The Calypso is a tradional local bar with a Caribbean decor. Small dance floor and tables, plus bar. Customers range from truckers to local tennis pros. Guys can be a little assertative. Not my taste, but if you want to meet someone new, then the Calypso just might be your place. Food was pretty good. They have live entertainment.
Dress Code: Casual to suggestive.

The Ojai Deer Lodge is a rustic restauarant & bar which includes dancing. At night this place is filled with bikers and locals alike. Very cozy and unusual place with fireplace, wood and stone walls for a very woodsy appearence. Check out the interesting website for more info. Varied menu includes venison, buffalo and lobster.
