  • Woodfired Mexican Grill

The menu is not huge, but sufficient. The food was good, so was the service. They give you plenty for your money. They even have this nice little patio outside that we enjoyed.

  • Quite the surprise!

We were looking for something that was different, fast, and not crowded. We found it! I neat little restaurant tucked in a mega strip mall. I can see how something like this place could get lost among all the other name brand restaurants. Its not fancy, but it has character. Decorated in the Hawiian theme, it was clean and very comfortable. The...

    If traveling in the Spring...

If traveling in the Spring (particularly April or May) you must check out the poppy fields in West Lancaster. They have many walking paths through the wildflowers and it is very beautiful if you are there when the flowers are blooming.

Palmdale Sports & Outdoors

  • Brunswich Lanes

You like to bowl? We do! We have the best going bowling and it was one of those days out of the blue lets stop here and check it out. A very nice facility because the folks were friendly and the place was clean. Not run down like some lanes. We had a good time.

  • Best of the West Softball Complex

While wondering around and checking things out. We stumbled onto this enormous softball complex. We got the biggest kick out of the huge baseballs in the front of the entrance. Nate had a hard time getting on the baseball to sit on it. Looks like Palmdale went way out of the way to build such a nice softball facility for everyone to enjoy. I hope...
