Favorite thing: There are a number of Public Parking structures in and around Old Town Pasadena. Be aware - they do not all charge the same price for parking! Anywhere from free to $6 a pop. This one on Delacey I like because the first 90 minutes is free. Then the most you pay is $2. Just south of Colorado, west of Fair Oaks next to Twin Palms restaurant and across fromthe Union Cattle restaurant.

Favorite thing: OK, it's a simple thing really but worth mentioning. Throughout the city are tall, elegant, colorful, and truly unique trees, like the one pictured here at Memorial Park. They are well protected,as they are lush and plentiful.

Favorite thing: Many buildings of Pasadena, especially in the Old Pasadena area, are not just slaps of brick put together or just ordinarily assembled. They stand out as edificial art. Pictured is a lovely adorned building with shrubbery and stained glass. This is the top of a yoga studio.

Fondest memory: Here I am posing with a fan of the Brazilian soccer team at the 1994 World Cup Finals. Don't recall who won but it must have been the Brazilians because this fan was happy.
I didn't pay attention to the score because I didn't know the game. Also, the antics of the crowd was more entertaining than the players on the field.
By the way, those glasses I'm wearing were in fashion back then.

One of the most traditional things you could possibly do when you are in Pasadena is attend a game at the Rose Bowl, or enjoy a day watching the floats head down the road at the Rose Parade.
