They have these really neat old-fashioned, Free Red Trolley car service that stops all over the shopping center. Just look for the round signs or check out the maps that are located in all of the plaza's within the center.

Garden Trolley:
M-Thur 1pm=7pm
F-Sat Noon-9pm
Sun Noon-6PM

Compared to Germany, the public transportation is almost non-existent. There are not that many bus stops throughout the city and they are far from each other.
You need a car, car, car! Did I mention car already?
However, the public transit agency serving the San Bernardino Valley and Rancho Cucamonga, is called Omnitrans.
