Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: California dress is casual and since the weather is mild packing can be light. Shorts, t's, sandals, and swimwear will be your main stays. Bring a jacket for evenings, the coast can get a bit chilly. Leave your umbrellas and bug repellent at home!
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Toiletries And Medical Supplies- whatever you use at home
Bring sun screen the rays are deceivingly intense.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Kites, roller blades, and beach chairs are useful

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: like sweat shirt (as seen in the picture) or jacket when coming to the beach area here. Guys- have one for your lady while walking together along the pier. It can get cool and windy throughout the year, especially at night. This is of course true of any beach along the cold Pacific!!
