Sunrise / Sunset, San Diego
the sunsets in the san diego area are really Spectacular!
the Best Places to See the Sunset in San Diego will be around the Coronado Beaches in Coronado Area, the Pacific Highway lying parallel to the port of San Diego, Mission Beach in Mission Bay, La Jolla Cove in La Jolla, Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, Silver Strand State Beach in Coronado, Seaport Village and even along the San Diego Convention Center. Locals also say that there are other areas in San Diego with wonderful views of the Sunset.
Fondest memory: Just be ready to use your smartphone, point and shoot camera, wifi ready camera, DLSR or pocket ultrazoom Camera and then pick a perfect spot and shoot.
watch the sun set at Cabrillo National Monument. It's on a hill with a clear view of the ocean, and is high enough to generally miss the fog that tends to roll in at twilight.
Fondest memory: The Zoo, the weather, the ocean, Coronado, the lighthouse, the shopping, Balboa Park, the smell, the greenness of everything!
You absolutely must see the sun set off the end of the PB Pier in Pacific Beach. Its one of most beautiful things I've ever seen.
Fondest memory: I miss how everyone is active here in San Diego, whether running, surfing, skating, or rollerblading.
