On Broadway is a nice pub, where you can dance a lot, drink and share with friends. There are like 4 places (rooms) with diferent music, the principal (fiorst floor) its new age, pop, music, other 80's (lower floor)... nice decoration too. Oh this build was a bank before.
Dress Code:
You can wear modern and nice, no shorts, tennis, i didnt see anybody bad dressed, some people was wearing like 80's and Elvis Presley to a private party.
On Broadway is always a good time when your in the mood for dancing. The DJ's mix it up really well. This multi-level club has a miam-ish feel to it. Drinks are pricey and there's a $20 cover charge. This a serious party crowd.
Dress Code:
I'm not sure if there's a "code", but most people are dressed pretty trendy.
One of the best clubs I have ever been to. The music in the main room is usually hard house with a great lighting and sound system. I always have a good time here, but make sure to bring your wallet and cress well. They will take it out of you for sure.
Dress Code:
Upscale but the occational loser seems to slip in the back door.
On Broadway, this is the name of the nightclub, and as you might guess it is located on that very street, Broadway.
It is a great atmosphere. This is really THE place to go in downtown San Diego. It is very spacious inside, the club encompasses the large lobby of a downtown building where there used to be a bank. The music on the ground floor is techno, and downstairs is hip hop so you get a taste of both. The lighting is great with colored lights on the bar and all over the ceiling. There are professional dancers in tasteful dress setting the scene. It's just a great place to mingle and have a great time.
Dress Code:
Dress well! I know that people that dress in costume at times are brought to the front and let in first. This is a nice perk since the line to get in winds down the street as far as you can see. Another piece of advice, get there early!
One downfall is the price. Be prepared to spend at least $15 to get in. That is expensive for San Diego. Drinks also start at $10.
