Miscellaneous: If you haven't a laptop to pack don't worry, you won't have to go into withdrawls! Internet Cafes abound in the whole San Diego area. Check out the Cyber Cafe Locator for the address of one nearest your hotel.

Also, you can access the Internet from a public library, the big one is located downtown at:
    820 E St., San Diego, CA 92101-6478
    Phone (619) 236-5800

There are smaller branches throughout the city.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: San Diego is definitely not a formal place, so don't bring your tuxedo. While the weather is great here, it can be cold at night, so you'll often need a light sweater or jacket.

Photo Equipment: Bring your camera and lots of film. The sun is always shining and sunsets of the ocean tend to make good photos!

Miscellaneous: Sun tan lotion is useful.

    Luggage and bags: REGULAR LUGGAGE

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: During the day short pants and t-shirt is ok, always in your backbag a sweter (you never know). During the evening temperatures go down and you better change your clothes even during the summer sometimes.
    Do not forget your swim-suit!!!

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: There are no insects in San Diego. Sun lotion is a good idea to prevent sunburn.

Photo Equipment: Try to buy your film at the supermarkets, it is cheaper. Most of the supermarkets have a special place inside for photos and some of them are open 24 hours.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: In San Diego you can step in the grass. Grass is for enjoying. Bring your table and some chairs!!!!
