Favorite thing:
Eat the Sourdough Bread. It is, in my opinion the world's best bread. Eat it fresh down by Fisherman's whart. Colombo and Parisian bread companies both make fantastic bread.
Fondest memory:
going as a kid with my best friend and with my brother as a teenager. Having my credit card taken away and cut up because I went over my limit. OOOPs, the stupidity of being 19.
Favorite thing:
I couldn't possibly list everything here, there are just too many things..Seasonly speaking, I could tell you of events and must see happenings..
Fondest memory:
Being able to get different types of food all over the place.
Favorite thing:
I loved everything! A restaurant we discovered was on Powell (I can't remember the name). It sold steak. We each ordered a steak and it came with a baked potato and salad. Very simple fare..but the steak was delicious and the potato - oven baked all day- and served with a little butter was the best I've ever eaten anywhere.
Fondest memory:
Just the atmosphere. The feeling of being alive and excited.
One incident was when our bus derailed. Everyone got off and most of the men offered to help get it back on line.
Favorite thing:
A "cosmo" is 4 parts Citrus Vodka, 2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec 1 part Lime juice, and
2 parts Cranberry juice (shaken not stirred)
