Asia Sf is San Francisco's foremost drag show / restaurant. The waiters are all in drag and there is a constant vibrant throbbing environment to boot. The food is savory and the drinks are strong. But the lasting Impression will be your waiter.

This polynesian theme bar is accentuated by its island-style booths and exotic drinks. Each booth is named after an island and has a character of its own.
This is a local haunt , almost a dive what keeps it from being one are the drinks. It has a cabanaesque decor and the drinks are mainly strong fruity cocktails. They have around numerous blenders whipping up some innocuous concoctions. Try the Scorpion Bowl and the Shark's Tooth.

Everyone must go to the Bus Stop on Union Street. It's an old sportbar that all the locals visit. Most people there are in their 20s but it's a great time for all ages. Great place to meet up with people and watch a game.
Dress Code:
As casual as it gets.
For a great hole in the wall place to see some blues/rock/whatever check out the Blue Light. It's a very small place with stiff drinks, friendly people and great music. I have always come out of here with a buzz and a smile on my face. Look for the blue light.
