and speaking of the Lusty Lady, here she is on the right side of Kearny looking down from Enrico's. The thing I like most about this place is the girls, tired of being pushed around and taken advantage of by the original owners, got together, fought all the dirty tricks & overcame all the sleazy obstacles to not only form a union so the ladies could have a decent wage, benefits, and some days off, but eventually bought the place, making it one of the few worker-owned peep & strip shows around. You go, ladies!! There is a cool documentary I have seen named "Live Nude Girls Unite" that shows in detail all the trials and tribulations the girls had to overcome to unionize the Lusty Lady. Very inspiring, whether you have a personal problem with sex work & peep shows or not: highly recommended and inspirational viewing.
Bring your own towel (?) ... I don't know, maybe a bag full of quarters..... I have only been in the lobby to chat with the staff & bouncers asking them naive tourist questions. (wink, nudge ) I personally like the fact that the Lusty Lady features live nude girls, as opposed to dead nude girls, which would not appeal to me in the slightest. by jessicadf Take photos of KFOG Kaboom's amazing firework spectacular. My camera is just not good enough to do justice to fireworks. However, Wayne (wallacephoto) is a professional photographer and has spent lots of money to make sure he's got a camera good enough. Here's Wayne, just before the fireworks start, ready to shoot away. Perhaps he'll be kind enough to give me a couple fireworks shots to post here when he's downloaded them. Skyline of San Francisco at night. by Jerelis Maybe this is not the nightlife tip you were hoping for... But we went out across the harbour to have a beautiful view at night at the skyline of San Francisco. It was quite a task to get it organised as not everybody wanted to take us there at that time of day (night). But we succeeded and we're very glad we achieved it. The view at the skyline and the bridge were amazing and we stayed there for quite a while. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

Strip clubs by jessicadf This is one heck of a place to wander about on a cool evening. Note, it's not nearly as bustling during the day as after dark.
Casual, dressed up, ladies of the night. It doesn't matter at all. Leave a Comment Theme: Adult SpotAddress: Broadway Boulevard, San FranciscoDirections: Between North Beach and China Town

by 100ACRE Union Street (in the Marina District) Great place to watch the 'beautiful' people. The best of Union Street extends from Franklin to Steiner, then runs down Fillmore to Lombard. Don't miss the clubby ambience of the Balboa Cafe on Fillmore Street (pictured here). Sidebar: Balboa café happens to serve the best hamburger in the City, served on a crisp, hollowed-out baguette; think mushrooms, griddled onions, bacon, cheddar, Swiss, jack, even blue cheese! What the HELL is that Pounder???? by Geisha_Girl We took Johnny and friends through a stroll down Broadway and Columbus. The heart of North Beach. This area must have seemed pretty *tame* to our boy Johnny after coming back from the seedy side of the Red Light in A'dam. Us "swingers" took this photo opportunity to send a shout out to our Soul-Sister Hexepatty in Florida. This one's for you Hexe!!!!! Leave a Comment Theme: Adult Spot

by Jeannette1 China Town is fun to walk through, especially at night when the stores are still open. The food stores and herbal stores are the most interesting. If you must buy souvenirs, don't hesitate to bargain when you buy jewelry. You can often get a much lower price than shown on the ticket. Leave a Comment Theme: People Watching

Union Square at night by Jeannette1 The Westin San Francis Hotel is in the background. It's a great place to meet someone for a drink or coffee. Union Square is a very animated place at night and great for people watching. Leave a Comment Theme: People Watching

S.F. by night by KaiM The viewpoint northwest of Golden Gate Bridge. You have to leave the road at the first exit north of the bridge. The road leads into the coastal hills. It's kind of tricky to find. Actually I missed the point when I tried to find it again after one year. But once you found it, the view is breathtaking. Especially at night. The illuminated bridge and the city look simply great. After a cool beer while sitting on the hood of your car and watching the impressive scenary, you should get back to the city and hit the bars and clubs. Leave a Comment Theme: Other
