Great view of San Francisco Bay. I had the best Bloody Mary I've ever had at Nick's Lighthouse (No. 5).
Fishermans Wharf is a very popluar tourist neighborhood. Although, unlike some of the other San Francisco neighborhoods, not to many people live around here.
World class views of the Bay.
Some more views of Fishermans Wharf. Some of the more popular places at the Wharf are Pier 39 and Ghiradelli Square. Try an Irish coffe at the Buena Vista.
stroll along Fisherman's Wharf and pick up some local, freshly caught fish from the street vendors. Steaming crab, anyone?
You should always try out all the 'normal' stuff when you visit San Francisco...walk along fishermans wharf and check out the views!
A bit hazy...but hey, it is San Francisco!
Fisherman's Wharf - a montage of shops, restaurants, piers, and seafood markets. A great place to spend the afternoon!
Hm, isn't this supposed to Sly Stallone in his role as Rambo? Well, you can find him (the wax figure) here at the Wax Museum.
Fisherman's Wharf is pretty much a tourist trap with shops and restaurants.
My rating: 4 out of 5 stars.
If you want to see what life was like aboard a US world war 2 submarine then head for pier 45 and take a trip around the USS Pampanito .It is a very interesting tour with an accompanying audio guide.
No visit to San Fransisco would be complete without taking a stroll on the Fishermans Wharf. Stop at any 'pier-side' vendors for some local specialties like Clam Chowder bread bowl
You don´t need a reason or purpose to come here. You can walk, eat, relax, excercise, shop, or just watch people. don´t miss Fisherman´s Wharf.
From here 200 police officers ran to the Golden Gate Bridge and back, for a fund-raiser. We spend hours relaxing and viewing the erea by cable car.
