Mission Dolores - the Old Cemetery

There's a very old cemetery on the Mission Dolores' back garden. It's worth a visit and walk around the century old graves.

This is the place where the spanish catholic missionaries first settled. Mission Dolores is the oldest building still standing in San Francisco.

Keep your eyeballs peeled everywhere. Art abounds in unlikely places. Sometimes, like this wall in the Castro, can't be missed because they jump right out at you!

Here you can take a break, sit on a bench and watch people with their dogs. There is a special water fountain that is for dogs as well as humans. Lots of pretty palm trees, too.

Perhaps one of the most lively in the mexican district, go down to the 24th, turn street and find yourself in the middle of mexican life and shops

To the left of the basilica, this small building is indeed the Mission!! Built in 1791, this is the oldest building in the city...
