The Powell-Mason and Powell-Hyde cable car lines turn around at Powell and Market Cable Car Turnstile so it is one of the most photographed areas in Downtown! plus just under it is the market street station of the BART and is the Area of the Theater District. Around the vicinity is Westfield Center, Union Square, SOMA, Nordstrom, Macy's West, Crocker Galleria, etc. Also, this is where I sometimes take the 9x, 9Ax or 9BX Bus back home.
