The San Jose Heritage Rose Garden is a 5 acre garden located in the Guadalupe River Park and Gardens. The rose garden is a unique circular design with six triangular sections each containing a different class of rose. From the center of the garden, which is 5 feet lower than the outer edge, you can see almost all of the rows of plants in the direction you are facing. You can also walk among the plants, each of which are clearly identified by a small sign. The garden contains 3,700 rose plants
Next to the rose garden you will find the Courtyard Garden, Taylor Street Rock Garden, and the Historic Orchard.
The Guadalupe River Park also has Discovery Meadow, McEnery Park, Arena Green, and various public art displays.
