Cafe Mozart is nestled in the Mercado Village Plaza. The menu is an eccletic offering of American, continental, German and Austrian cuisine. We were looking for a light lunch after the gastronomical feast we had the night before, Cafe Mozart fit the bill. We chose the outdoor seating over the indoor tables as it was a gorgeous day. So laid back is this town that there was a couple with their dog several tables over. The waiter even brought a bowl of water for the dog. Nice touch!
Favorite Dish: As I mentioned, we were in the mood for something light. We ended up having the half order of a turkey avocado sandwhich which was accompanied by a great salad. The vinegrette dressing was out of this world. The service was excellent and the waiter was moving quickly but efficiently. We did not order dessert here but they looked quite tasty!
Cafe Mozart is able to accomodate rehearsal dinners and weddings.
So when you are in the San Juan Capistrano area try Cafe Mozart, it was a very nice restaurant and I am sure you will enjoy it
