Within the San Juan Capistrano Mission you will find a little museum which show how the people of the time lived in the southern California area.
You will also find out about how each of the missions had their place in the Spanish control of the area.
The cost is included in your entrance to the mission which was only $6.00 for the day.
The various Mission Museum period rooms display the living quarters and objects during the time the Mission was in use. In the South Wing Museum, the simple quarters of the padres is show with a small bedroom and study. The dining room exhibits John Forster, a rancher who resided at the Mission in the mid-19th century.
