Be very aware while crossing the streets

The traffic in San Juan Capistrano can be quite an adventure. On three or four separate occasions while crossing the streets, people were making right turns, every one of them was yakking on their cell phones, NOT paying attention! These distracted drivers just about ran us over when we had the right-of-way.

I highly recommend that you not cross any street unless the "walk" sign is on and utilize the Pedestrian crossing buttons. The people have no sense of what is going on outside of their cell phone conversations to them I send a resounding, "Hang UP & Drive!"
