 Yubert Says:  I highly recommend bringing a tent. It will provide warmth during the colder months but also keep out the bugs, ants, mosquitos, mice, marmots and other varmits. This is a single person North Face Canyonlands tent. It's small and light to carry, perfect for backpacking.

 Yubert Says:  There's no restaurants in the Back Country. So if you don't want to starve, it's up to you to decide what to bring. Most people brought dehydrated foods because it's easy to make, just add hot water. and lighter than conventional foods.Freshly burned. Toasted marshmellows.

Here's a view of Lower Twin Lakes. Many people and entrapped by the view and never go to the REAL lake, located a few hundred yards up the trail.
