See's Candy Factory
Helpfulness
machomikemd 5327 reviews
Like what i've said, See's Candy has 2 factories (one is Los Angeles and one in South San Francisco!) and this is the second factory! Unfotunately, they don't do factory tours here so you can just have pictures taken outside and buy at the See's Retail Store Beside it for the pure indulgence of the sweet chocolate kind. Currently Owned by Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, See's makes more than 100 varieties of premium chocolate truffles, caramels, toffee, and other candies, including boxed assortments, lollipops, and kosher treats.

machomikemd Says:

CalTrain
bocmaxima Says:
Although BART goes through South SF as well, CalTrain is faster and cheaper. There is one stop in town near the 101 and Grand Avenue. There is parking available for a nominal fee (I think $2), right next to the tracks. Walking, there's a nice business area basically adjacent...

Birthday Parties
Helpfulness
machomikemd 5327 reviews
Having A Birthday party of a Filipino and Filipino-American is fun and lots of food around, Filipinos and Filipino-Americans have a closed knit and extended family ties like the Italians and Greeks that is why there is a saying that if you marry a filipino or filipina, you also marry tha family hence birthdayn parties are well attended and with food aplenty and you also have free styrofoam boxes to get the left over foods for free. There is also singing and dancing aplenty. This filipino traditon is also followed by the Filipino Diaspora at the Bay Area.
