A very casual place open all day but specializing in breakfast -- fast, good and pretty inexpensive. Normally a bit busy because of its location in Old Town, but absolutely go and get filled up before hitting the antique stores.

Rosa's Cantina is a Temecula original and my favorite Mexican food. It's a local fav. Make sure you go to the CANTINA, and not Rosa's CAFE down the road. It's not as good.
Favorite Dish: The pollo asada or the fajitas are some of their great dishes. And for vegetarians, their veggie burrito is the best I've tried! For dessert, the deep fried ice cream is delicious.

There are lots of places to eat in Temecula either at the winery or along the way. Some include Temet Grill, The Bank (Mexican), Rosa's Cantina, Cafe Champagne.
Champagne Cafe is the most sophisticated restaurant in the Temecula Valley. There is an outdoor terrace overlooking the vineyards.
