 My chili lungs by Callavetta
The best thing about Guymas is its location and its view. Situated on the north end of the Bay the view of San Francisco is fantastic.
I took a chance on the Chiles Poblano which promised two chicken stuffed chilis with a walnut sauce and pomegranite seeds. The chicken seemed to be ground and the sauce was too sweet for my taste. My dining partner said they looked like a pair of lungs.
My dining partner had a great tortilla soup and ensalada marisco. I wish I had chosen that. The salad had plump shrimp, calamari and avocado. Yum.

Sam's is open for lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. It gets crowded fast so reservations are a must.

Ro introduced me to this place as I went here in Feb '06 with her, Janet, Anna, Steve, Randy, and Randy's buddy. Fantastic view of downtown SF from the dock seating. Great place to eat brunch and down some bloody marys. I had to come back here in Aug '06 for good times sake. It seems like this may become a regular spot during future trips to the area.
